Mallakhamb is a traditional Indian sport where people perform acrobatic and yoga poses on a tall wooden pole. The name means “wrestling pole” because it combines wrestling moves with gymnastics. Think of it like doing cool tricks and exercises on a pole!

it teaches us discipline and help us to make our body flexible and it also improves our focus on various things.

3.Hanging Mallakhamb

For safe and effective mallakhamb practice, use a strong, thick rope secured with a reliable knot.  Ensure the rope is high enough for full body movements and provide a soft landing area. Always warm up, start slow, and listen to your body. Maintain a firm grip and practice consistently to improve your skills.
